About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Help with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document and report any changes in clients' conditions to the care team.
- Support clients with mobility as needed.
- Engage in social activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in caregiving preferred.
- Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar caregiving role.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
- Basic understanding of healthcare practices and client care.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
