As an overnight caregiver, you’ll provide personalized one-on-one care that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and supported throughout the night while allowing them to continue living independently in their own homes. Your presence provides reassurance, comfort, and peace of mind to both clients and their families during the hours they need support the most.

Whether you have caregiving experience or are just beginning your caregiving journey, we provide paid training, mentorship, shadow shifts, and ongoing support to help you feel confident and successful from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Assist clients with overnight routines and personal care
• Provide companionship and emotional reassurance
• Support client safety, mobility, and comfort throughout the night
• Assist with transfers, walking, and toileting as needed
• Observe and communicate changes in client condition
• Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
• Strong communication skills and reliability
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance required
• Ability to pass a background check
• No experience required — paid training provided
