Competitive pay: $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience and certification.

Caregiver Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes
- Work one-on-one with clients in Spokane County with varied shifts and schedules
This Caregiver role allows you to build meaningful relationships while delivering high-quality in-home care.
Caregiver Requirements
- HCA or CNA certification preferred, but not required — we will pay for your Caregiver training
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
- Honest, dependable, and caring personality with a strong desire to help others succeed
