Responsibilities (Your Role):
You will be responsible for assisting clients with activities of daily living to promote
independence and comfort within their homes. Key duties encompass:
● Providing personal care assistance.
● Aiding with mobility, transfers, and therapeutic range of motion exercises.
● Managing meal planning, preparation, and feeding support.
● Addressing essential household maintenance requirements.
● Offering companionship and professional respite services to family members.
Compensation Structure:
● Short Shifts (2-3 hours): An additional $1 per hour.
● All Other Shifts: Standard hourly pay rate.
Candidate Requirements (Qualifications & Requirements):
We are seeking dedicated individuals with a sincere commitment to serving and helping
others achieve their highest quality of life.
Mandatory Qualifications:
● A minimum of two years of verifiable experience working with senior adults.
● Possession of reliable means of transportation.
● Successful completion of a mandatory drug screening and comprehensive background
check.
● TB test result is required
Preferred/Desirable Qualifications:
● CNA, HHA, or PCA Certification (formal certification or evidence of professional training
is advantageous).
● Valid driver's license with proof of insurance for a reliable personal vehicle.
● Prior professional experience as an in-home caregiver or within senior living
communities.
● Experience in Dementia/Hospice care, including end-of-life support (not mandatory, but
considered a valuable asset).
● Ability to work comfortably in homes with pets is a plus.
