Compensation

Caregiver Responsibilities
As a trusted Caregiver, you will:
- Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Work one‑on‑one in clients’ homes with varying schedules and activities
Caregiver Requirements
We’re looking for dependable Caregivers who bring compassion and professionalism to every shift.
- HCA or CNA certification preferred but not required (we pay for your training)
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Pass a written competency evaluation, drug screening, and nationwide background check
- Honest, energetic, and caring attitude with a passion for helping others
