Caregiver Responsibilities
As a Caregiver, you will provide essential non‑medical support that helps clients remain independent and comfortable in their own homes.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
- Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Offering medication reminders and safety support
- Providing companionship, emotional support, and meaningful conversation
- Working one‑on‑one in clients’ homes with varying shifts and schedules

Caregiver Requirements
We welcome experienced Caregivers as well as individuals who are new to caregiving and eager to learn.
- HCA or CNA certification preferred but not required — we pay for your training
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
- Reliable, honest, and compassionate with a genuine desire to help others
