Caregiver Job Responsibilities

In this Caregiver role, you will provide in-home support such as:
  • Assisting clients with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
  • Helping with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
  • Offering companionship, conversation, and emotional support
  • Working primarily in clients’ homes throughout Spokane County, with a variety of shift lengths and times

Caregiver Job Requirements

  • Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred, but not required – we provide and pay for training

  • Must pass a written competency test, drug screen, and nationwide background check
  • Reliable, honest, energetic, and caring individual with a genuine desire to help others
