Caregiver Responsibilities
As an In-Home Caregiver, you will:
- Provide personal care services: bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene support
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support to clients
- Work primarily in clients’ homes in Spokane County, with varying shift times and activities
This Caregiver role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, is dependable, and is looking for meaningful work in senior care or home care.
Caregiver Requirements
- Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred, but not required – we’ll pay for your training
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Must pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
- Honest, energetic, and caring individual with a passion for helping others
