About the Role:
Join Home Helpers of Broward County as a Home Care Marketing & Referral Specialist, where you will play a vital role in connecting families with essential home care services. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote home care services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals and community organizations.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in home care.
  • Organize and participate in community events and health fairs to promote services.
  • Prepare and present informational materials to potential clients and referral partners.
  • Utilize social media and digital marketing to enhance brand visibility.
  • Track and analyze marketing efforts to measure effectiveness and adjust strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and partners, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships.
  • Knowledge of the home care industry and its regulatory environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $48,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
