Join Home Helpers of Broward County as a Home Care Marketing & Referral Specialist, where you will play a vital role in connecting families with essential home care services. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote home care services.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals and community organizations.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in home care.
- Organize and participate in community events and health fairs to promote services.
- Prepare and present informational materials to potential clients and referral partners.
- Utilize social media and digital marketing to enhance brand visibility.
- Track and analyze marketing efforts to measure effectiveness and adjust strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and partners, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development in the healthcare sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships.
- Knowledge of the home care industry and its regulatory environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.

About Us:

Compensation: $48,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
