We are seeking a new member of our office staff in our Monmouth office to further our mission of providing quality care and support to patients in their homes. The Billing and Payroll Coordinator is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll and billing.
Primary duties of the Billing and Payroll Coordinator include:
- Processing billing for private pay, insurance, and government programs
- Researching and following up on billing issues
- Working as a team with other staff to ensure that all paperwork and documentation is received
- Processing and calculating payroll
- Entering authorizations and ensuring that services are provided per the authorization
- Assisting with other accounting and financial functions
The ideal candidate is an office professional with excellent attention to detail, accuracy, organizational skills, and problem solving skills. The position requires a minimum of 2 years office experience with strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Windows and Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Other ideal qualities include: strong communication, flexibility, critical thinking skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, and the ability to work in a team environment. Associates degree or higher preferred.
