Teaching Hearts at Home is seeking a Home Care Manager / Alternate Administrator to help lead and grow our home care operations. This leadership role oversees caregivers, scheduling, compliance, and client care while supporting the continued growth of our agency.

Compensation

$50,000 – $65,000 annually (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Operations

  • Oversee the daily operations of the home care office with a focus on quality and efficiency.

  • Supervise caregivers, manage scheduling, and coordinate client services.

  • Support and lead an office team focused on excellent care and client satisfaction.

  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and retaining caregivers.

  • Participate in the on-call rotation to ensure continuous client support.

Compliance & Quality

  • Ensure compliance with Florida state home care regulations and agency policies.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and oversee EVV compliance and quality assurance.

  • Monitor performance and help improve operations through reporting and key metrics.

Growth & Community Engagement

  • Help build strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners.

  • Support outreach efforts to grow the agency and expand services in the community.

Qualifications

  • Leadership experience in home care, healthcare, or a related service industry.

  • Experience managing caregivers, scheduling systems, and client care coordination.

  • Knowledge of home care regulations, compliance, and EVV systems preferred.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.

  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance.

  • A passion for building teams, serving families, and growing a mission-driven home care agency.
