Job Summary
We are looking for compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Personal Care Assistants to deliver essential support and meaningful companionship to clients in the comfort of their homes. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available. In this role, you will make a meaningful difference by assisting with personal care, completing light household tasks, and providing valuable social interaction that enhances each client’s overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities

Daily Routine Support: Assist with "Activities of Daily Living" (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, and personal hygiene.

Meal Support: Plan and prepare nutritious meals according to client preferences and dietary needs.
- Provide medication reminders as directed.

Home Management: Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and maintain a tidy environment.

Community Access: Provide transportation for grocery shopping, errands, and medical appointments. and social outings.

Social Engagement: Offer meaningful companionship, engaging clients in conversation, reading, and recreational activities.

Safety: Monitor the home environment for fall risks and assist with safe transfers (e.g., from bed to chair).

Observe and report any changes in the client's physical, mental, or emotional condition to the supervising nurse or office staff.

Tailored Care Plans: Follow individualized care plans accurately and efficiently.
Requirements

Compassion: A genuine desire to improve the quality of life for others.

Background Check: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Transportation: Valid driver’s license and a reliable, insured vehicle (preferred).

Communication: Ability to follow a written Care Plan and document daily activities.

Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 25–50 lbs and assist with physical transfers.

Reliability and Professional Conduct: A strong commitment to punctuality and professionalism.
