We’re hiring an Administrative Operations Coordinator who brings order, clarity, and momentum to fast-moving days — and makes sure in-home care never misses a beat.

What You’ll Run
- Coordinate caregiver schedules with accuracy and urgency
- Manage hiring steps and onboarding paperwork
- Maintain clean, compliant client records
- Support payroll, billing, and daily office flow
- Serve as the main communication hub for caregivers, clients, and families
- Catch issues early and solve them quickly
You don’t react to problems — you prevent them.
Who Thrives Here
- 2+ years in administrative or operations work
- Highly organized and detail-driven
- Confident making independent decisions
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office
- Calm, professional, and dependable
- In-home care or healthcare experience is a plus
