A Better Solution In-Home Care is looking for an experienced recruiter to join the team. We provide in-home caregiving services to seniors in both Stanwood and Bothell as well as the surrounding areas.

As the recruiter for A Better Solution, you would be tasked with the full cycle recruitment of CNA and HCA caregivers. You will work closely with both Care Supervisors to identify hiring needs and support continued growth. This position will also include some administrative work such as filing, tracking on-going requirements, and credentialing. There will be some travel such as attending job fairs and going out into the community to market.

Qualifications:
  • At least one year of recruitment experience preferred
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools such as CareerPlug, Indeed, and myCNAjobs
  • Driver License and proof of insurance
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Familiarity with MacOS and the iWork suite
  • Must pass DSHS background check and fingerprinting process
Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Source, screen, interview, hire, and onboard caregivers
  • Ensure proper credentialing requirements are met
  • Manage training of uncertified caregivers and track their progress
  • Maintain caregiver and client files and track expiring needs
  • FB postings for CG of month/year 
  • On call once per month - handle all emergent business needs after hours
  • Assist in the upkeep of the office
  • Other administrative tasks as needed
Compensation: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
