Overnight Caregiver – Full-Time
Location: Pontiac, IL

Flawless Family Home Care is hiring a dependable caregiver for a full-time overnight position in Pontiac. This role requires remaining awake and alert overnight while providing hands-on care and mobility support.

This is a consistent, scheduled overnight assignment with immediate hours available.

Client Overview

• Male client
• Hands-on personal care required
• Transfers and frequent repositioning required
• Fall risk monitoring overnight

Schedule

• 10–12 hour overnight shifts
• Scheduled between 7:00 PM and 9:00 AM
• Overnight differential applies between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
• Consistent full-time hours
• Immediate opening

Pay & Compensation

• $17.00–$18.00 per hour base rate (based on verified experience)
• +$1.50 per hour overnight differential for hours worked between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
• $0.50/hour raise at 6 months for caregivers in good standing
• $0.50/hour raise at 12 months for caregivers in good standing
• Annual cost-of-living adjustment after 12 months (based on business needs and performance)
• Paid travel time between clients (if applicable)
• Paid mileage for approved work travel

Responsibilities

• Remain awake, alert, and responsive throughout the shift
• Assist with transfers and mobility
• Toileting and hands-on personal care
• Monitor for fall risk and safety concerns
• Provide reassurance and companionship
• Accurately document care provided

Requirements

• Comfortable providing frequent hands-on care
• Physically able to assist with transfers and repositioning
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
• Ability to work independently overnight
• Must pass required background screening and complete onboarding prior to scheduling
• A no-call/no-show is treated as voluntary resignation under FFHC policy
• Experience preferred
