- Build genuine connections through friendly conversation and companionship
- Assist with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, transfers, etc.)
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed
- Provide non-skilled, non-medical care only
- Ability or willingness to drive clients as needed
- At least one year of caregiving or healthcare-related experience (formal or informal)
- Comfort assisting with mobility devices such as walkers, wheelchairs, and transfers
- CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (paid by us)
- Willingness to be ready for scheduling within 30 days as services begin in the area
