At Right at Home In-Home Care & Assistance, we are seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to provide support and assistance to those in need. As a caregiver, you will play a crucial role in helping clients maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Current hours needed - 5 days a week for 4 hours a day. 10a-2p Mostly companionship only, some personal care. Looking to hire 1 person for this role then expand hours from it.

We are also potentially looking at a hire who can supervise this area and be a community manager within it. Recruiting, doing assessments, helping with care plans along with providing care. Adjusted pay will follow.

Experience:

- Previous experience as a caregiver (or a related field) is required

- 5 years minimum experience preferred

Skills:

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients

- Compassionate and empathetic nature

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work well in a team environment

Requirements:

- PA criminal background and MVR checks performed on all candidates we offer jobs to.

-Valid PA driver's license

- Car insurance on the vehicle you drive

-2 step TB test (or blood) within the past year

-Serving heart and a good attitude!

This is a paid position that offers competitive compensation based on experience. We also provide ongoing training opportunities for professional development.
