At ComForCare, we believe that "living your best life" shouldn't stop because of age or physical challenges. As a new agency in Vineland, we are building a team of compassionate, high-energy professionals dedicated to setting a new standard for home care in Cumberland County. We are looking for a foundational team member—a highly organized Office Administrator—to help us manage the day-to-day operations and grow our impact in the community.
The Role
You aren't just filing papers; you are the "air traffic controller" for our agency. You will ensure our caregivers are supported, our clients are happy, and our office remains 100% compliant with New Jersey state regulations.
Key Responsibilities
-
Operational Oversight: Manage daily office workflows, including phone inquiries, client intake, and record-keeping.
-
Compliance & HR: Maintain impeccable caregiver and client files in accordance with NJ Division of Consumer Affairs standards.
-
Scheduling Coordination: Utilize home care software to match the right caregivers with the right clients, ensuring all shifts are covered and clients receive consistent care.
-
Team Support: Assist in the recruitment, vetting, and onboarding of new caregivers.
-
Billing & Payroll: Provide administrative support for weekly billing and payroll processing.
What We’re Looking For
-
Experience: 2+ years of administrative or office management experience (Home Care, Healthcare, or Assisted Living experience is a major plus).
-
Bilingual (Spanish/English): Highly preferred given our diverse local community.
-
Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft 365, Google G-Suite, and comfortable learning home care management software (Swyft Ops).
-
The "Home Care Heart": You must be able to remain calm under pressure and show genuine empathy when speaking with families in crisis.
-
Compliance-Minded: A sharp eye for detail—missing a signature on a form is a big deal to you!
Why Join Us?
-
Build Something New: Be the first administrative hire in a growing franchise with a "CaregiverFirst" culture.
-
Professional Growth: Opportunity to move into a Director of Operations role as the agency scales.
-
Local Impact: Work directly with your neighbors in Vineland and surrounding areas to improve the lives of seniors.
Live your best life possible while helping others live theirs.
