What You’ll Do as a Caregiver
As a Caregiver with Right at Home Spokane, you will:
- Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene support
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support
- Work primarily in clients’ homes, with varying shift times and activities tailored to client needs

Caregiver Requirements
We’re looking for people who are compassionate, dependable, and ready to help others live more independently.
- Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred, but not required – we’ll pay for your HCA training
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Must pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
- Honest, energetic, and caring individual with a genuine passion for helping others
