Job Overview:
Our caregivers provide essential care and compassion to individuals who are struggling due to illness, aging, disabilities, or other challenges that require our assistance. We are dedicated to aiding our clients in achieving their maximum potential and are looking for caregivers to help us with that goal.
Our clients have a wide range of personalities and backgrounds. An ideal caregiver will recognize this and get to know their client to ensure they are providing culturally competent and inclusive care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to clients with activities of daily life (personal hygiene, dressing, socialization, light housekeeping, etc.).
- Build relationships and get to know clients' unique preferences and personalities.
- Be physically capable of assisting clients with mobility issues, transportation and ambulation.
- Prepare meals according to dietary requirements listed in care plan.
