Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin is currently seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers in the Sister Bay area for day and evening shift opportunities.

As a caregiver, you’ll provide personalized one-on-one support that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Every shift is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships while bringing companionship, comfort, reassurance, and peace of mind to clients and their families.

Whether you have previous caregiving experience or are just beginning your caregiving journey, we provide paid training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you feel confident and successful from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with daily routines and personal care
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Support seniors in remaining safe and independent at home
• Communicate with families and the care team
• Bring comfort, dignity, and peace of mind to clients and families

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required
• Ability to pass a background check
• Experience is welcomed but not required — paid training provided
