At Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin, caregivers are the foundation of everything we do. We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable in-home caregivers in the West Bend area to support clients across all shifts, with a strong need for overnight (NOC) coverage.
You’ll provide one-on-one care for seniors, including individuals recovering from stroke, helping them live safely, comfortably, and with dignity in their own homes. If you are attentive, patient, and confident in your caregiving skills, this is an opportunity to do meaningful work while being fully supported.

Caregiver Responsibilities
- Provide safe, attentive care during assigned shifts
- Assist stroke recovery clients with mobility, transfers, personal care, and daily routines
- Monitor changes in condition and ensure client safety
- Encourage independence while providing hands-on support as needed
- Communicate clearly with the care team and office staff
What We’re Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years old

Experience working with stroke clients required
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional
- Comfortable working independently, especially during overnight shifts
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
