What We Require:
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance.
- Pass drug test, criminal background (https://info.flclearinghouse.com), and written competency evaluation.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with the elderly or frail population.
- Preferred: Experience working with Alzheimer’s or Dementia.
- TB test or Chest X-ray required.
- CNA License or HHA Certification
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living and provide companionship
- Assist with personal hygiene, including bathing, care of mouth, skin, and hair.
- Perform light housekeeping activities.
- Provide ambulation and transferring assistance as needed.
- Plan and prepare meals.
- Drive clients to appointments as needed
- Medication reminders
- Take and record vitals as needed
- Follow nurses orders for Hospital at Home program
Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
