Home Helpers Home Care of Broward County, FL
Job Summary
We’re hiring a field-based Community Outreach & Referral Marketer to grow our private-pay home care business through relationships and referrals. This role is about being in the community, meeting referral partners, building trust, and converting referrals into started care hours.

· Execute consistent face-to-face outreach: introductions, follow-ups, relationship nurturing, and scheduled meetings.
· Own a weekly territory plan: target list, visit cadence, and pipeline coverage.
· Track all outreach activity and outcomes in a CRM or tracker (visits, meetings, referral sources activated, referrals received, conversions, next steps).
· Coordinate internally to ensure fast response and excellent follow-through on referrals.
· Represent the agency at networking events, professional meetings, and community health fairs.
· Collect market intelligence (competitors, referral trends, partner needs) and report insights to leadership.
