In Home Non Medical Care Coordinator Scheduler

- Set the staffing schedule for caregivers
- Build rapport and relationships with our staff, clients and referral sources
- First Impression Director for calls coming into the office
- Answer & triage calls from caregivers, clients and prospects
- Responsible for caregiver compliance with our ClearCare scheduling system
- Program lead for our Veteran In-Home Health Aide and Respite Services – bonus program included
- Assist with other related administrative duties/projects, as assigned
- Ensure consistent accuracy of database and file information for both caregivers and clients
- Collaborate with leadership team to accommodate client staffing needs
- Send updates to Owners, Recruitment and Retention Director and Community Care Liaison
- Sharing the rotation of on-call 24/7 duties - scheduled after business hours and weekends (Weekend Bonus Pay)
- Prior scheduling/staffing experience with a in-home care agency, preferably with in home care or other healthcare related fields such as: Home Health and Hospice.
- Scheduling and tracking authorizations for VA home care programs is a huge plus!
- Learns quickly and has strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- High attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Present in a professional manor
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
- Excels at customer service in a care environment and has strong interpersonal skills
- Organized and the ability to multi-task
- Able to work independently and in fast paced team environment
- Proven leadership and management experience and develops strong relationships with coworkers
- Proficiency in basic computer software programs. WellSky (ClearCare) experience desired but not required
- Person who is flexible, reliable and a team player
