Recruiter / Human Resources Representative, $21-22$ an hour
Days & Time: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Position Summary
The Recruiter / Human Resources Representative supports both the HR and recruitment functions of our caregiving agency. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening. interviewing, and onboarding new caregivers while ensuring compliance with state regulations and maintaining accurate employee records.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Source, screen, and interview qualified caregiver candidates through online platforms, referrals, and community outreach.
- Manage the full hiring process, from posting job openings to extending offers and completing new hire onboarding.
- Conduct caregiver orientations and ensure completion of all required employment documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee files and HR records in compliance with state and agency regulations.
- Assist with day-to-day HR functions including employee relations, documentation, and compliance tracking.
- Maintain and organize monthly audits for state records to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
- Monitor caregiver credentials, certifications, and required training updates.
- Support with caregiver disciplinary processes as needed.
- Help coordinate caregiver engagement activities and recognition programs.
- High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
- Must have the ability to pass a full employment background check
- Must be able to provide Negative Tuberculosis Test
- Be Willing to provide care to both Female and Males
- Be Willing to Provide Personal Care
