🚨 Certification Required – No Exceptions 🚨
Active PCA, CNA, or NA certification is required to apply.
Applicants must provide a hard copy or digital copy of their certificate/license on or before the interview.

💵 Starting Pay

PCA: $15.00/hr
 CNA: $16.50/hr
 Nursing Assistant: $15.50/hr

✨ Enjoy a $0.50/hr raise after completing paid training!

📝 Your Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and emotional support

  • Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding)

  • Light housekeeping (laundry, linens, tidying)

  • Prepare simple, healthy meals

  • Medication reminders

  • Support and educate families on safe care practices

  • Use dementia-safe care techniques (training provided)

What You’ll Need

  • Valid PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification (Required – No Exceptions)

  • Ability to provide hard or digital copy of certificate/license

  • A compassionate, patient, and reliable nature

  • Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license

  • Comfortable with small pets (preferred)

  • Ability to lift 25 lbs

  • Strong communication skills (phone/email)

  • Willingness to follow care plans and adapt as needed

  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Dementia care experience is a plus
