What We’re Looking For

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Experience working with Down syndrome, behavioral support, or individuals with complex needs

  • Ability to follow a structured behavioral support plan with consistency

  • Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance

  • Ability to pass a background check and provide professional references

  • A compassionate, dependable individual dedicated to helping clients succeed
