What We’re Looking For
- Must be 18 years or older

Experience working with Down syndrome, behavioral support, or individuals with complex needs
- Ability to follow a structured behavioral support plan with consistency
- Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check and provide professional references
- A compassionate, dependable individual dedicated to helping clients succeed
