Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin is currently seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers in Oshkosh and the surrounding Fox Cities communities for day, evening, and overnight shift opportunities.
As a caregiver, you’ll provide personalized one-on-one support that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Every shift is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships while bringing comfort, companionship, reassurance, and peace of mind to clients and their families.
Whether you’re an experienced caregiver or just beginning your caregiving journey, we provide paid training, mentorship, shadow shifts, and ongoing support to help you feel confident and successful from day one.

What You’ll Do

Qualifications
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Compassionate, dependable, and service-oriented attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required
• Ability to pass a background check and provide references
• No caregiving experience required — paid training provided
