We’re hiring PRN (per diem/on-call) Caregivers for Friday–Saturday 6–12 hour day shifts, with additional weekday opportunities available. Our PRN team members are our go-to professionals—trusted, capable, and ready to step in when families need support most.
This role is ideal for caregivers with 1+ year of professional experience and CNAs who want flexible scheduling while continuing to build hands-on skills.

As a PRN caregiver, you are essential. When a last-minute shift needs coverage, families are counting on you. We’re looking for dependable professionals who can confidently step into a client’s home and provide safe, compassionate care—sometimes with short notice.
At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience is required.

You must be able to arrive within one hour of being staffed for on-call shifts.
💛 What You’ll Do
- Assist with bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Support safe transfers and repositioning
- Provide skilled care for bed-bound clients
- Deliver compassionate memory care
- Safely operate a Hoyer lift (paid training available if needed)
- Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure)
- Provide care within Right at Home’s scope of service
- Drive to and from client homes throughout Albuquerque
🎯 What We’re Looking For

1+ year of professional caregiving experience (required)

CNA experience strongly encouraged
- High school diploma or GED
- 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license, insured & reliable vehicle
- 2–3 professional references
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable navigating with GPS
- Ability to report to shifts within one hour of being staffed
- Strong communication skills and a dependable, professional attitude
