Schedule: Part-Time | Morning Shifts | Every Other Weekend Required


Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin is currently seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers in the Oshkosh area for part-time morning shift opportunities.

As a morning caregiver, you’ll provide personalized one-on-one support that helps seniors begin their day feeling safe, comfortable, and cared for in their own homes. Every shift is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships while bringing comfort, companionship, reassurance, and peace of mind to clients and their families.

Whether you have previous caregiving experience or are just beginning your caregiving journey, we provide paid training, mentorship, shadow shifts, and ongoing support to help you feel confident and successful from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with morning routines and personal care
• Prepare meals and provide companionship
• Support client comfort, safety, and independence at home
• Communicate care updates with families and the care team
• Help seniors begin each day with confidence, dignity, and reassurance
• Build meaningful one-on-one relationships with clients and families

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required
• Ability to pass a background check and provide references
• No caregiving experience required — paid training provided
