Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday | 11:00 am – 5:00 pm (15 hrs/week)
Location: Stafford, VA – Assisted Living Facility
Start Date: Immediate hire available

We’re seeking a CNA, PCA,  or HHA to support a friendly, dementia client in a welcoming assisted living facility in Stafford, VA.
Everyone on our team loves working with this client — she’s kind, engaging, and a joy to care for.

This is a steady, part-time role with a set, consistent schedule and a supportive team behind you every step of the way.

🌟 What You’ll Do

  • Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding

  • Help with safe mobility and transfers

  • Offer companionship and emotional connection

  • Keep the environment clean, safe, and comfortable

  • Communicate regularly with ComForCare supervisors and facility staff

đŸ©ș Physical & Health Requirements

As this role is based within an assisted living facility, caregivers must meet Virginia and the facility standards:

  • Pre-employment physical exam (ability to lift and assist residents safely)

  • Current TB test (within 12 months)

  • COVID-19 vaccination or exemption documentation

  • Background check and drug screen

  • Active CNA, PCA, or HHA certification

  • Certified CNA, PCA, or HHA

  • CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • Reliable, compassionate, and professional

  • Prior home care or assisted living experience preferred

  • Reliable transportation in the Fredericksburg/Stafford area
