During overnight hours, seniors need a calm, dependable presence they can trust. At Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin, our overnight caregivers provide safety, comfort, and reassurance when it matters most.

We are seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers who prefer overnight work and want to make a meaningful difference for seniors and their families in Fond du Lac and surrounding communities. In this role, you will assist with nighttime routines, safety monitoring, and companionship—helping seniors remain safe and comfortable in their own homes.

No prior caregiving experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on mentorship, and ongoing support so you feel confident and prepared on every overnight shift.

What We’re Looking For

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Compassionate, dependable, and professional

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance

  • Ability to pass a background check and provide references

  • Prior caregiving experience is a plus, but not required; paid training is provided
