No prior experience? No problem. We provide paid training, hands-on mentorship, and ongoing support to ensure you feel confident and prepared for every shift.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with nighttime routines and provide meaningful companionship
- Monitor safety and offer reassurance throughout the night
- Support seniors in staying comfortable, secure, and independent
- Serve as a trusted, steady presence for families overnight

Who We’re Looking For
- At least 18 years old
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check and provide references
Prior caregiving experience is helpful but not required — comprehensive training is provided.
