We are seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers who want meaningful daytime work and the opportunity to make a real difference for seniors and their families throughout Fond du Lac and surrounding communities.

As a day shift caregiver, you will assist with daily routines such as personal care, meal preparation, companionship, and engaging activities that enhance quality of life. Your support helps seniors remain active, confident, and connected while providing peace of mind to their loved ones.

No prior caregiving experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on mentorship, and ongoing support so you feel confident, prepared, and valued from your very first shift.

What We Are Looking For

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Compassionate, dependable, and professional

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of auto insurance

  • Ability to pass a background check and provide references

  • Prior caregiving experience is a plus but not required; paid training is provided
