I am Stephanie Humphries, the owner of Right at Home, and I need a Occupational Therapist to join our team that strives to keep our community members safe in their own homes, and out of hospitals and institutionalized care. Responsibilities of a home-based Occupational Therapist include:
· Provide high quality evaluation and treatment of neuromusculoskeletal disorders
· Develop personalized care plans to improve mobility, strength, and overall function of patients in the home setting
· Communicate and collaborate with associated medical professionals to achieve patient goals
· Clear, concise documentation in our software system
· Regular communication with physicians, nurses, case managers within Veterans Affairs as needed
· Ability to work independently and autonomously, managing one’s own schedule
· Supervise home health aides involved in patient care

Compensation: $62.00 - $67.00 per hour
