We’re seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers to join our overnight team in Oshkosh and surrounding communities. Whether you’re new to caregiving or experienced, you’ll have paid training, hands-on mentorship, and 24/7 support so you feel confident and prepared every night. At Senior Helpers, caregivers are never “just a shift.” You are a valued team member whose work is recognized and appreciated.

What You’ll Do as an Overnight Caregiver

  • Assist with bedtime routines and nighttime needs

  • Monitor safety and respond to client requests

  • Provide companionship and reassurance

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 18 years of age

  • Compassionate, dependable, and professional

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Ability to pass a background check and provide references

  • Prior caregiving experience is a plus but not required—full training provided
