No prior experience? No problem! Paid training, hands-on mentorship, and ongoing support ensure you feel confident and prepared from your very first shift.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with bedtime routines and nighttime needs

Monitor seniors’ safety and well-being throughout the night
- Provide companionship, reassurance, and meaningful support
- Make a profound difference even during quiet hours, helping seniors live safely and comfortably at home

Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and provide references
- No prior caregiving experience required—full training provided
