Schedule: Overnight Shifts | Full-Time & Part-Time | Every Other Weekend Required


Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin is currently seeking compassionate and dependable overnight caregivers in the Appleton area.

As an overnight caregiver, you’ll provide personalized one-on-one support that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and cared for throughout the night while allowing them to stay independent in their own homes. Your presence brings reassurance and peace of mind to both clients and their families during the hours they need support the most.

Whether you have previous caregiving experience or are just beginning your caregiving journey, we provide paid training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you feel confident and successful from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with bedtime routines and overnight care needs
• Monitor safety and provide reassurance throughout the night
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Maintain a calm, safe, and comfortable home environment
• Observe and communicate changes in client condition
• Help seniors remain safe, independent, and supported at home

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required
• Ability to pass a background check
• Experience is welcomed but not required — paid training provided
