Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin is seeking compassionate, dependable in-home caregivers to support seniors in Winneconne and surrounding communities. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships while helping seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Whether you are assisting with daily routines during the day or providing reassurance and support overnight, your presence makes a real difference. Our caregivers are trusted partners to families and an essential part of the care team—and we make sure you feel supported every step of the way.

No prior caregiving experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on mentorship, and ongoing support to ensure you feel confident, prepared, and valued from your first shift forward.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality care

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Ability to pass a background check and provide references

  • No prior caregiving experience required (training provided)
