Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin is actively hiring caregivers in the Berlin area due to growing client needs. Our seniors rely on dependable, compassionate caregivers to help them remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

No prior caregiving experience? That’s okay! We provide paid training, hands-on mentorship, and ongoing support, so you feel confident from your very first shift.

Here, caregiving is more than completing tasks — it’s about building relationships, supporting families, and helping seniors maintain dignity and independence.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with personal care and daily routines

  • Provide companionship and emotional support

  • Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation

  • Support clients with mobility and safety

  • Bring comfort, dignity, and peace of mind to seniors and their families

  • 18 years of age or older
