- Identify, develop, and nurture referral relationships that drive growth of new clients and service hours.
- Conduct regular visits to hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior living communities, and other complimentary services.
- Represent Touching Hearts at community events, professional networking groups, and senior-focused organizations.
- Track and analyze referral trends, conversion rates, and source activity in CRM software.
- Conduct intakes to bring in new clients including signing of paperwork and drafting high level initial care plan.
- Execute a relationship-based sales strategy that aligns with our core values of compassion, commitment, consideration and communication.
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in healthcare, senior living or home care related field.
- Proven success in relationship management and referral generation.
- Strong presentation, networking, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable managing results independently.
- Proficiency with CRM tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (local travel required).
- Starting base salary ~$70,000/year plus up to $20,000 in bonuses based on meeting goals.
