Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin is seeking compassionate, dependable part-time caregivers to support seniors in Waupaca and surrounding communities. This is purpose-driven, one-on-one care where your presence truly matters—and you’ll join a team that values, supports, and invests in its caregivers.
Whether you’re new to caregiving or experienced, we provide paid training, hands-on mentorship, and ongoing support so you feel confident and prepared from your very first shift.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with daily routines and personal care
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with light household tasks
- Offer reassurance and peace of mind to seniors and their families
- Support seniors’ independence while giving families confidence in their care

Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass a background check and provide references
- No prior caregiving experience required—full training provided
