Location: Slidell, LA

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday (occasional weekends/on-call rotation)
- Coordinate and maintain caregiver schedules to meet client needs
- Respond quickly to schedule changes, call-offs, and emergencies
- Communicate effectively with caregivers and clients regarding assignments
- Match caregivers with clients based on skills, experience, and compatibility
- Maintain accurate scheduling records in scheduling software (ClearCare/WellSky preferred)
- Participate in the on-call rotation (shared with other team members)
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new caregivers as needed
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and staff
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 1+ year of experience in scheduling, staffing, or administrative support (home care or healthcare industry a plus)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computers and scheduling software (experience with ClearCare/WellSky is a plus)
