Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin is seeking compassionate and dependable in-home caregivers to support seniors in Manitowoc and the surrounding communities. This role offers meaningful, one-on-one care that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes—while allowing you to build genuine, rewarding relationships.

As a caregiver, you will assist with daily routines, personal care, light household tasks, and companionship. Every shift you work provides peace of mind to families and dignity and comfort to seniors. Your work matters here, and it is recognized and appreciated every day.

No prior caregiving experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on mentorship, and ongoing support so you feel confident, prepared, and supported from day one.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Compassionate, dependable, and caring

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance

  • Ability to pass a background check and provide references

  • Caregiving experience is helpful, but not required — full training provided
