We are seeking a Field Support Specialist in Manitowoc to join us. This role is ideal for someone with a caregiving background who enjoys problem-solving, providing guidance, and supporting both caregivers and clients in the field.

Position Overview

As a Field Support Specialist, you will be the bridge between caregivers, clients, and office staff. You will assist with new caregiver introductions, provide hands-on support in the field, help with quality assurance, and serve as a resource for caregivers when questions or challenges arise. This role requires flexibility, strong communication, and a passion for ensuring seniors receive the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Caregiver Support: Provide on-site assistance to caregivers, answering questions and ensuring they feel confident in their roles.

  • Client Introductions: Attend new client visits to introduce caregivers, build trust, and ensure smooth transitions.

  • Quality Assurance: Perform check-ins and visits to ensure care plans are followed and clients are satisfied.

  • Training & Mentorship: Assist with caregiver orientation, skill refreshers, and on-the-job training.

  • Problem-Solving: Step in to provide coverage or support in urgent situations as needed.

  • Communication: Act as a liaison between caregivers, clients, and office staff, relaying updates and concerns promptly.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of visits, training, and communications.

  • Compliance: Ensure caregivers adhere to company policies, training requirements, and care standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 2–3 years of caregiving or healthcare experience required.

  • Certification: CNA, HHA, LPN, or equivalent preferred.

  • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Knowledge: Understanding of senior care needs, including physical and cognitive health.

  • Personal Qualities: Compassionate, approachable, and dedicated to supporting both clients and caregivers.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends when needed.

  • Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
