We’re seeking Field Support to join our growing Oshkosh team. This hands-on, relationship-driven role is ideal for someone with a caregiving background who’s ready to take the next step in their career — someone who thrives on mentoring others, solving problems, and making a daily impact on both caregivers and clients.

💼 Position Overview

The Field Support serves as a vital bridge between caregivers, clients, and office leadership. You’ll play a key role in ensuring quality care, providing field-based support, and fostering strong relationships that promote consistency and trust.

This position blends leadership, communication, and compassion — perfect for someone who enjoys variety, connection, and purpose in their work.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Caregiver Support: Provide on-site coaching, mentorship, and encouragement to caregivers in the field.

  • Client Introductions: Attend new client visits to introduce caregivers, build rapport, and ensure smooth transitions.

  • Quality Assurance: Conduct check-ins, monitor care plans, and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Training & Mentorship: Assist with caregiver orientation, skills refreshers, and field training.

  • Problem-Solving: Step in to provide short-term client coverage or support during emergencies.

  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between caregivers, clients, and office staff to ensure clear, consistent updates.

  • Documentation: Record field visits, trainings, and follow-ups accurately and promptly.

  • Compliance: Reinforce adherence to company policies, safety guidelines, and care standards.

🧩 Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–3 years in caregiving, healthcare, or home care (CNA, HHA, or LPN experience preferred).

  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Knowledge: Understanding of senior care and client-centered service delivery.

  • Qualities: Compassionate, approachable, organized, and team-oriented.

  • Flexibility: Ability to work varied hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.

  • Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
