We’re seeking a Field Support Specialist to join our Appleton-area team. The Field Support Specialist serves as a vital connection between caregivers, clients, and office leadership. In this dynamic role, you’ll provide hands-on support in the field, guide and mentor caregivers, and help maintain the high standards of care Senior Helpers is known for.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Caregiver Mentorship: Provide on-site coaching, guidance, and encouragement to caregivers in the field.

  • Client Introductions: Attend new client visits to introduce caregivers, establish trust, and ensure smooth transitions.

  • Quality Assurance: Conduct care plan reviews, client check-ins, and satisfaction assessments.

  • Training & Development: Support caregiver orientation, skills refreshers, and shadowing sessions.

  • Hands-On Support: Step in to provide direct client care as needed to maintain service continuity.

  • Communication Liaison: Facilitate strong communication between caregivers, clients, and the office team.

  • Documentation: Accurately record field visits, coaching sessions, and follow-ups.

  • Compliance: Reinforce adherence to policies, safety standards, and company protocols.

  • 2–3 years of experience in caregiving or healthcare (CNA, HHA, LPN, or similar preferred)

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to delivering quality care

  • Skilled in problem-solving and maintaining professionalism under pressure

  • Flexible availability, including some evenings or weekends

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
