With two offices serving our community, we are growing and looking for someone who shares our passion for helping others.
We are seeking a caring and motivated Inside Sales Associate who will play a vital role in connecting families with the support they need. This position will manage inquiries and client relationships across both of our offices, helping us reach more families in need of care.
- Serve as a compassionate first point of contact for families seeking care
- Listen to client and family needs, offering solutions that best support their unique situations
- Walk families through the intake process, making it as seamless and reassuring as possible
- Follow up with inquiries and referrals to ensure no family feels forgotten
- Work closely with our care team to ensure each client’s transition into services is smooth and supportive
- Experience in sales and client services (in-home care experience a plus, but not required).
- A heart for helping others and the ability to communicate with empathy and patience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfort with technology and CRM tools.
- A self-starter who thrives on building connections and making a difference.
