We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and compassionate caregiver to join our home care team in Kalamazoo, MI (49048). The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of professional caregiving experience, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping others live comfortably and with dignity.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and hygiene support
- Safely assist with transferring using proper techniques and/or equipment
- Assist with daily living activities to promote comfort and independence
- Prepare simple, healthy meals as needed
- Perform light housekeeping, including laundry and tidying client’s living space
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Monitor client’s needs and report any changes to the care team
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of professional caregiving experience (Home Health, Private Care, CNA, or similar)
- Proven experience with transferring assistance
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Must be dependable, patient, and respectful
Schedule & Location:
- Day Shifts, Morning Shifts, and Evening Shifts
- Upto 40 Hrs per week
- Kalamazoo, MI 49048
