About the Role:
Join Senior Helpers of Richmond as a Sales Director and lead our mission to provide exceptional in-home care services. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to drive growth and make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors and their families in Mechanicsville, VA.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals and community organizations.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in senior care.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and achieve individual and team goals.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Participate in community events to promote Senior Helpers and increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the target audience.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the healthcare or senior care industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings and outreach.
- Passion for improving the quality of life for seniors and their families.
- A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
