About the Role
Carewatch of Michigan is hiring a compassionate and reliable caregiver to provide personalized in-home care to a client in Battle Creek, MI. In this role, you will support the client’s daily routine, offer companionship, and help maintain a clean, safe, and encouraging home environment.
This is a meaningful opportunity for someone who is patient, dependable, and enjoys helping others in a one-on-one setting.
What You’ll Do
✔ Assist with daily routines and provide friendly companionship
✔ Offer encouragement and emotional support
✔ Engage the client in simple, structured activities
✔ Prepare basic meals based on client needs
✔ Perform light housekeeping and help maintain a clean living space
✔ Follow the care plan and communicate any changes or concerns to agency staff

What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and professional with a caring, patient attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
- Must pass a background check
- Must have reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required
